Akikawa - The Present

Akikawa: age-19 yrs.

Mechanic, former apprentice to a highly respected inventor.  He inadvertedly creates a time-changing device, which causes multiple peoples' (including his own) fates and lives to alter.  Throughout the series, he tries to fix machine-thing several times throughout series.

Weapon- handguns/one large artillery.

He is immensely shrewd, is fiercely loyal to the law/rules until Chikara falls into his almost-average life.  He is kind of a tough/average guy. A little high-strung, patient, and quite mature.  Due to a string of troubles and tradgedies in his earlier life, he has learned to be emotionally strong through trials, and is wise beyond his years. 

 
He originated in the Present.
